Aluminum foil containers are vastly popular for the packaging of food products. A manufacturer of these containers was facing problems of foul smell on storage of containers and high scrap generation on the machine. The root cause of this was the punching oil used on the machine.

• An imported Punching & stamping mold release oil used was having limitations
