Overview
An automotive component manufacturing company in West India was using a general-purpose Lithium grease on the copper terminals of the switch. A switch consists of plastic and copper parts and the lubricant being used should be compatible with both the material. Prospect customer was facing the problem of residue formation, black deposits on the contact terminal along with copper corrosion during the test run.
