OCCUPATIONAL, HEALTH AND SAFETY (OHS) POLICY

We at ANAND ENGINEERS PVT LTD, Our company aim is to provide safe and healthy work environment for its employees, workers, customers and interested parties by a comprehensive of ISO 45001-2018 OHS standard. We believe that all work-related injuries are preventable and are committed to manage our activities so as, to avoid unnecessary or unaccepted risk to the health and safety of our employees and interested parties.

We are committed to demonstrate continual improvement in OHS performance. To achieve this, we commit ourselves and dedicated to ensuring:-

• Comply with all applicable OHS legislation and other requirements to which we subscribe.
• Adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities
• Consultation and active participation of all employees on matters to achieving their health and safety goals
• The provision and maintenance of safe plant and equipment; The safe handling and use of substances
• Provision of information, instruction and supervision for employees
• That all employees are competent to do their tasks and to give them adequate training
• Prevention of accidents and cases of work-related ill health
• The safety of the general public who use or have access to premises or sites under our control
• The continual improvement of our health and safety management system which will be achieved through processes of setting and reviewing objectives
• That clear health and safety improvement objectives are set and monitored on a regular basis.
• That this policy is implemented, managed, monitored and update as necessary on a regular basis by OHS&E team.

We shall communicate the policy to all our employees and to interested parties on demand.
